The Line Up started in 1989, designing fitness apparel during the aerobics craze of the 90's. What began as a side project for our founder, Deb has evolved into a team of 75+ talented individuals, helping thousands of dancers perform with confidence.
As a small and growing business, we take pride in supporting our family of clients and employees. Our customers include studio, high school, and collegiate dance teams, NFL and NBA cheerleaders, synchronized skaters, and artistic athletes.
Our business was built on a strong tradition of hand-craftsmanship and impeccable fit, and continues to provide you design-forward and once-of-a-kind designs by pushing boundaries with innovation and technology. Based in the Minneapolis area, we design and manufacture all your apparel right here, at home in Minnesota.
In 2024, The Line Up welcomed new ownership with Jordan and Tara, our CEO & COO. Thirty five years later, The Line Up continues to be family-owned and thrives on the values that have guided our business since the beginning – because we know great things can be achieved through hard work, a dream, and being part of a vision that's greater than what you can achieve on your own.
