This role requires experience in sewing construction, an eye for detail, and the ability to follow prototypes and specifications to ensure garments meet quality and design expectations.

The Line Up is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT & Systems Specialist to manage the IT needs of our business. Quality and Finishing Supervisor
The Quality & Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the final stage of our custom apparel production to ensure garments meet The Line Up’s high-quality standards, are accurately finished, and shipped on time. This hands-on, floor-based leadership role manages a small team in the Finishing and Shipping department and reports to the Production Manager.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, support process improvements, and contribute to consistent, high-quality results through training and quality assurance practices. This is a key role in maintaining our brand’s reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.

Seasonal Shipping & Receiving Assistant
The Shipping and Receiving Assistant provides support to the Shipping and Receiving Specialist by assisting with packing customer orders, unloading and distributing shipments, and maintaining organization within the production area. This is a part-time seasonal role supporting The Line Up during our peak season from September through December.

They utilize data analytics to help drive departmental strategies and decisions around digital marketing while assisting in the administration of these initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for administrative tasks such as coordinating events and marketing materials.
