All Orders Are Final Sale
Please note that all products at The Line Up are custom-made to order, just for you, and are therefore final sale. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns.
Contact us if you aren’t totally satisfied – we’re happy to help! We stand behind our products and take pride in offering quality merchandise. If you encounter any issues with defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to repair or replace your garment.
Size Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit or size of your garment, we offer size exchanges on online styles for a fee of 50% of the garment's base price, with a minimum fee of $50. Size exchanges follow the exact lead times as group online orders. Please refer to the individual product pages for the most up-to-date lead times. Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your product's delivery and must be unworn, with tags still attached.
Please note that garments featuring a custom logo, lettering, and/or embellishment are final sale and cannot be returned for a size exchange.

Size exchanges are only applicable to online orders. For custom designs ordered through an Account Manager, please don't hesitate to contact your Account Manager directly to address any concerns.
Cancellations
Orders that are placed online are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. Please order carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need help during the ordering process. We want to make sure your order goes smoothly!

Order Swatches
Colors on your computer screen may differ from how they appear in person. Because of this, we recommend ordering swatches to ensure you are delighted with your color and fabric choices. -
Get a Free Illustration
We understand that it’s challenging to visualize your colors and design before placing an order, so we offer free illustration services. We recommend using this service if you are ordering for a group of 5 or more. -
Take Your Measurements
Sizing can be tricky when ordering online, but we have great resources to help you. We recommend taking measurements and then comparing them to our sizing chart. You can view our sizing chart, how-to measure videos, and additional tips on our sizing page. -
Request a Sample Garment
If you're planning to order garments for your team, contact us and we'll send you a sample from our inventory. This allows you to see the quality of the garment and gauge how sizing runs before placing your team order. The sample garment will need to be returned to us within 1-2 weeks.
