Everything is Made-to-order
The Line Up does not carry any items in stock; all garments are custom-made according to your style and fabric selection once you place your order. For this reason, please know that:
- Orders cannot be changed or refunded after they have been placed.
- Garments require production time, in addition to your chosen shipment method.
- Production time fluctuates depending on the time of year.
- Ship date ranges are updated weekly and can be found on each product's page.
Order carefully. If you have questions or need assistance with deciding on ordering, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're always happy to help and want to ensure you love your costume!
On Time Guarantee
Deadlines Matter to Us - because they matter to you! We guarantee your order will arrive by your confirmed delivery date, no exceptions - even if that means overnight shipping is on us!
Production Lead Times
For the most up-to-date ship date ranges, please refer to individual product pages. These are updated weekly based on production capacity.
The following chart is a general range of lead times depending on the time of year. Expect longer lead times in July through February. Please plan and contact us early if you need garments delivered during this time frame!

PLEASE NOTE:
Lead times do not include shipping. Please allow an additional 1-7 business days for your chosen shipment method.
*Fast Track Jackets with online lettering options ship in 2 weeks. Fast Track jackets with custom logo or lettering ship in 3-4 weeks.
**We encourage you to place your group costume orders (10 or more of the same garment) on a separate transaction from your solo costume orders. Contact us if you need assistance!
Rush Orders
Working with a tight deadline? Our Rush Request option may be available depending on production capacity.
Rush orders are not guaranteed and must be approved before moving forward.
Who Can Request a Rush Order?

Solo Orders (1–9 garments)
Rush requests may be available and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - Group Orders (10+ garments)
Rush requests are available and subject to production availability.
How It Works
- Submit your request

- Approval + invoice sent
- Production begins after payment
Rush Request Review
- Rush requests are reviewed within 1 business day
- Approval depends on current production workload
- Rush service may not be offered during exceptionally busy periods
Payment & Order Confirmation
If your rush request is approved:
- Full payment is required within 72 hours
- Orders will not enter production until payment is received in full
- Delayed payment may result in loss of the approved rush timeline
Rush Fees & Pricing
Approved rush orders are subject to the following:
- Full (non-discounted) garment pricing
- Rush fees:
- 1–9 garments: $250 rush fee
- 10+ garments: 10% rush fee
- Rush orders are not eligible for promotions or group discounts
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may require expedited delivery
Additional Information
- Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed
- Expedited or overnight shipping may be required to meet your deadline

Order & Ship Date Confirmation
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled ship date. For assistance with any questions or special needs after placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping or Pickup
The Line Up is proud of its reputation for on-time delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS from our facilities in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and preferred delivery method and will be assessed in the cart at the time you place your order. Please note that all UPS shipments require a signature to be delivered.

Local Order Pickup
Free order pickup is available for customers near the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Choose “In-Store Pick Up” at checkout when placing your order online.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping services! However, if you're located outside the United States, please contact us to place your order through an Account Manager. Shipping fees will include a surcharge to cover duties, taxes, and other fees. International shipping may take additional transit time. Due to potential customs processing and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines. All products are shipped F.O.B. Eden Prairie, with the buyer assuming responsibility after delivery.
